June of 2004 - We acquired 2.65 acres of undeveloped land in Flagstaff, Arizona, at 1650 South Plaza Way (across the street from Home Depot). We are currently developing two commercial buildings totaling 30,000+ square feet of Light Industrial space and expect to move in September of 2006. RCOS and Associates will initially occupy 10,000+ square feet of Building "A". We will have a meeting room and observation platform off the second floor. The observation platform is an elevated 20 x 20 foot deck with a pier capable of supporting a 32RC.

This expansion into our own building will help us grow to meet the increasing demand for our products and to better serve our customers.

Building "B" nearing completion - September 17th, 2006.

August 28th, 2006. Observing Deck and Pier. We will be using a "roll-off" 20 and 24 inch telescope that can be loaded from the adjacent meeting room.
